Summer of Socks 2007

Here are the rules for the Socks on Vacation Contest

1. Your picture must include a sock that you are in the process of making or have completed.

2. Your picture should be sent as an e-mail attachment with the subject “Socks on Vacation” to summerofsocks2007 [at] yahoo [dot] com. The body of the e-mail should include the following information:

• Your name as it appears on the SOS2007 blog side bar
• Your blog URL
• A short description of your photograph (where was it taken, what pattern you were making, anything else you’d like to include).

DO NOT POST YOUR PICTURE TO THE FLICKR GROUP! If you do so, your photograph will automatically be disqualified. You may however, use a picture that you have posted on your personal blog.

3. Your e-mail must be received by August 22, 2007 at 10pm EST.

4. One entry per person please! Added 6/28: One photo only please.

5. Please keep image sizes reasonable so as not to make the inbox explode, thanks!

6. Added 6/19 - Please do not use the same picture for this contest and the Most Socks Contest.

After the contest closes a page will be posted on the along blog with all the pictures and a poll will be created. Anyone will be eligible to vote and the picture with the most votes will win!

Please remember! Submissions that do not follow the proper e-mail format or meet the requirements listed here will be rejected and you may not resubmit. No exceptions!
